Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days only for damaged items or wrong size delivery.

Products must be in original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Product opening video is must for any return /exchange

Non-returnable items include:

    • Intimate wear, including hijabs and innerwear.
    • Custom or made-to-order items.

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return, as per our return policy, the item and place a new order for a different product.
